Unfortunately, that’s not always the case. Fast growth very often equals high uncertainty and brings a unique set of challenges and opportunities to these companies. Regardless of industry or size, fast-growing companies all face similar challenges that relate to scaling a business – from cash flow management to attracting and retaining top talent, accessing capital, and the temptation to depend on one large client.
